Welcome to my website and thanks for your interest. 

I provide counseling services for adults, adolescents, families and groups.  My specialties include Dual Diagnosis (co-occurring chemical dependency and mental health issues); organizational families and individuals (corporate, military, missionary and others who relocate frequently for work); impaired professionals, and individuals struggling with major life transitions.  

The best counseling is done in a safe, confidential and collaborative environment.  It can be difficult to reach out, so it is important to find a counselor with whom you are comfortable sharing your concerns.

My clients have described me as compassionate, respectful and supportive, with a good sense of humor.  I take a pragmatic approach to therapy and encourage clients to identify priorities, learning styles and areas of immediate need.  I adapt my skills and resources to each client because therapy is a unique and personal experience.
