Counseling Experience
I have worked on inpatient and outpatient hospital units, for
crisis hotlines and in private office settings with adults, adolescents, families and groups. My counseling training
combines several therapeutic theories including cognitive-
behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, family systems therapy, art therapy and mind-body awareness. I also provide psychoeducational training for clients and other counselors.
