I have worked on inpatient and outpatient hospital units, for crisis hotlines and in private office settings with adults, adolescents, families and groups.  My counseling style combines several therapeutic theories including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems theory, modern analytic theory, interpersonal neurobiology, art therapy, group therapy, EMDR, and mind-body awareness.  Additionally, I have presented a number of psychoeducational trainings for clients and other counselors.
